The Level Up Universe

Readers who've just found my books tend to move from one series to the next — and keep being surprised when they run into familiar characters, along with mentions of events and people from other series.

The questions that follow all have the same answer, one I've been giving for years: yes, it's all one universe. Here's the short version.

The events of every series move, steadily and deliberately, toward the Selection — humanity's most terrifying and most important trial. Each series is a standalone entry point; you lose nothing by reading just one. The crossovers are a bonus for attentive readers, not a requirement.
